AgentFirstStack is free, open-source infrastructure run by StartGlobal. By using the hosted service at agentfirststack.com (with an API key, or by signing in) you agree to these terms.

A free service, provided as is

The hosted service costs nothing and comes without warranties of any kind: no promise of uptime, support, or that it fits your purpose. We may change, limit or stop it, or any part of it, at any time. If you need guarantees, run it yourself: the code is MIT licensed and deploys to your own Cloudflare account.

Fair use

The hosted version has limits so it stays free for everyone. They're listed in the manual: new accounts per network per hour, sites, tag containers and inboxes per project, and limits on mail. Don't try to get around them, for example by creating many projects to multiply them.

Abuse

Don't use AgentFirstStack to:

• send spam or unsolicited mail, or phish, impersonate others or collect their credentials;
• break the law, or track people in ways the law where they live doesn't allow;
• break the terms of the services you sign up for with our inboxes;
• distribute malware, or attack, probe or overload this service or anyone else's.

We may suspend or delete projects, keys, inboxes or accounts that do, without notice. Report abuse to abuse@agentfirststack.com, and security issues to security@agentfirststack.com.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for what your agents do with your keys. Keep keys secret and revoke ones you no longer use.
• You're responsible for the websites you install our snippets on, including telling visitors and asking for consent where the law requires it.
• The ad-platform and other credentials you add stay yours; only add ones you're allowed to use.

Your data

What you and your agents put into AgentFirstStack is yours. We process it only to run the service, as the privacy policy explains, and you can delete it at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, StartGlobal isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost revenue or lost profit arising from the service. Because the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to zero, except where the law doesn't allow that.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
